A: Yes, if you arrive without an appointment, the staff will assist you in scheduling an appointment. Please be aware that it may not be that day.
A: The appointment-booking portal requires a $20 deposit when you book your ap-pointment. Your deposit includes your visit with Santa and one 5x7 portrait or a credit towards a photo purchase over the amount of the deposit. There is no cash back at the photo set.
A: When you book your appointment, you will create an account in the system. If you need to change your appointment, simply log into your account VIA THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL and do so. Please keep in mind that you may only rebook your appointment while time slots remain available.
A: Yes, but there are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If you need to change your appointment time, please log in to your account and change your appointment while times slots are still available. Do not cancel then rebook a new appointment because you will have to pay again. We cannot transfer payments.
A: If your child is sick on the day of their appointment, you should call 702-269-5001 at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment. While we cannot guarantee that we can reschedule your appointment, we will make every effort to try to accommodate you on another day. Please understand that due to the huge volume of people that wish to visit with Santa, this is a one-time option and may not be available for every day. This option should only be used if your child is truly ill.
A: We ask that families check in 5 to 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Please plan ahead and leave time to park.
A: If you are more than five minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to re-schedule your appointment for another day. Towards the end of the season, we may not be able to rebook your appointment at all. Please understand there are many people who visit Santa each year, and the appointment system rely on everyone being on time to ensure a great experience.
A: Santa's 2017 hours for appointments are:

Monday - Saturday: 10:00 am - 9:00 pm (Break 1:00-1:30, 5:00-6:00)
Sunday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm (Break 2:00 - 3:00)

Daily: 10:00am - 9:00 pm (Break 1:00-1:30, 5:00-6:00)

A: Santa generally breaks for milk and cookies from 1:00 - 1:30 pm, and 5:00-6:00 daily. Santa is not available during these breaks, and the times are blacked out on the booking website
A: No, visits with Santa on Christmas Eve will be first come, first served. Santa will leave promptly at 6:00pm to prepare for his big night.
A: Your first 5x7 photo is included in your deposit. Additional photo sheets start at $9.95. Images will be available via digital downloads and items such as Holiday frames are also available for purchase.
A: Yes, every Wednesday is Claus & Paws Pet Photo day. An appointment is still required. We ask that you limit your pet photos to well behaved, leashed people friendly pets. You will need to make an appointment for your pet(s) at townsquaresanta.com the same as you would for children.
A: No, however there are restrooms close by Santa's house. Please arrive dressed for your photo and/or use one of the public restrooms at Town Square to do so.
